The Dive Spot offers swim lessons for all ages. We look forward to receiving your registration form. Please read the following information for a simple two-step process.
First, read the information under Swimming Lessons before completing a registration form. For your convenience there is a link to the swim registration form on that web page as well as below.
NOTE 1: Complete one swim registration form per swimmer. If writing a check: combine fees if you are registering more than one swimmer.
NOTE 2: Payment may be in check, cash, or credit/debit card based on where/how you choose to submit payment.
NOTE 3: Refer to the American Red Cross swimming levels information to help us best place your swimmer in the best group.
Second, the Swim Registration Form may be submitted two ways.
1. Download and complete the registration form on your computer. Attach the completed form with an e-mail to thedivespot@aol.com. Mail your check to The Dive Spot, 1701 Lytle Trail, Abilene, TX 79602 with the swimmer's name on the memo line OR stop by to make your payment in person.
2. Download and print the registration form. Complete it and submit it via mail (check) or in person (cash, check or credit/debit card).
